Rejuvenate Yourself

There are two swimming pools on site, one of which is a 25-meter pool that was the first to be built in The Bahamas. There is a large Jacuzzi at the hotel's full-service spa and beauty salon, which offers massages, facials, hairstyling, manicures and more. The hotel's gym has free weights, weight machines and cardiovascular equipment, and a personal trainer is available on request. Currently, the spa is undergoing renovations and will remain closed until completed.

For Wine and Cigar Aficionados

The Graycliff's collection of 250,000 bottles has earned it a place among the world's largest wine cellars. The five-star Graycliff Restaurant offers gourmet dining for lunch (served Monday through Friday to the public; daily to house guests) as well as dinner (breakfast is served only to house guests). Dining can be arranged in the private dining room or in the wine cellar. Business meetings and special events for up to 300 guests offer a twist on the traditional.

The hotel's own Graycliff Cigar Company produces three brands of award-winning cigars (nine blends) on site. For cigar aficionados who wish to learn something new on vacation, cigar rolling lessons are available by appointment.

Guest Rooms

The hotel offers four categories of guest chambers and suites. Deluxe rooms overlook the veranda or gardens and feature a king bed or two twin beds. Luxury rooms offer views of the gardens or pool and include a king bed, two doubles or two twin beds along with a sitting area. The suites are similar to the luxury rooms but are considerably larger. Finally, the 1,200-square-foot Graycliff Suite offers a king bed, a large sitting and dining area, an oversized bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the main pool.

The guest rooms are all unique, and are named, not numbered. Rooms are air-conditioned and have private baths (many with Jacuzzi tubs), a mini bar, direct-dial telephone, data port, cable television, hair dryer, luxury bathroom toiletries, daily housekeeping and evening turn-down service.
