It’s Better in The Bahamas: Donna’s Fish Fry Feast

From casual fare at the Arawak Cay Fish Fry to outstanding fine dining options, you’ll be able to sample plenty of The Bahamas’ best local delicacies such as conch and grouper.

Donna and her family stayed at Comfort Suites Paradise Island. Of all the experiences they enjoyed, Donna says the best was dinner at McKenzie’s at Potter’s Cay.

“As we walked down the bridge towards Potter’s Cay, we could tell we had make the right choice for dinner that night,” Donna recalls.

“We were quickly greeted with a huge smile and a seat immediately. We were sipping on icy-cold Kalik and Goombay Punch while we looked over the menu.”

Donna’s family opted for fresh seafood entrees, a must for any visitor to Nassau Paradise Island!

“We had the conch fritters, shrimp dinner, and the medium fish dinner and all were fantastic! The cost was under $40, which we found a great deal. The atmosphere of Potter’s Cay was amazing, including a lively game of dominoes at the next stall.”

Donna says they loved their meal so much, her husband has vowed he’ll only eat dinner at Potter’s Cay when the family returns next winter!
