Jen visited Atlantis with her family in March 2015 and enjoyed all the activity options Nassau Paradise Island had to offer. “Beach days, snorkeling, swimming…I also loved the fitness facilities at Atlantis,” she says.

Atlantis’ fitness facilities make it easy to stay in shape in Paradise. In the fitness center you’ll find a large assortment of cardio and strength machines, and you can participate in yoga or Pilates classes, aerobics, or spinning. You can even sign up for a session with a personal trainer or take your yoga practice outside to the grass courtyard overlooking the 25-meter lap pool. Other fitness facilities include six tennis courts and basketball courts, so no matter what kind of workout you prefer, you can fit in a great one in Paradise!

Jen also tried snorkeling while she was in Nassau Paradise Island and says she’d recommend it to anyone. “It’s a great way to experience The Bahamas and see things you wouldn’t see in your day to day life,” she says. Nassau Paradise Island offers a variety of snorkeling and diving programs for visitors regardless of skill level or experience.

Jen says she and her family had a great experience taking in everything Nassau Paradise Island has to offer. “We loved The Bahamas! The beaches and weather were perfect, food and accommodations were great and the scenery is beautiful. (It’s) a great place to go and unwind.”
