It’s Better in The Bahamas: Nadia’s Nassau Vacation
Posted by: Nassau Paradise Island on June 13, 2015
One of the great things about Nassau Paradise Island is that it’s truly the best of both worlds. With miles of powdery white sand to enjoy, it’s the perfect beach destination. Add in the colorful and eclectic city of Nassau and there are plenty of urban adventures to be had, too! Take it from Nadia, who visited Nassau Paradise Island in May and is already thinking about her next trip to The Bahamas. Nadia stayed in Royal Towers at Atlantis Paradise Island and had a wonderful experience both on and off the resort.
“Take a day to go to Nassau and walk around,” Nadia suggests to fellow travelers. “The city is so close to Atlantis and many of the other resorts, so it’s easy to get there and explore, go shopping, try the food, see the buildings (and) art…it’s a great way to have an authentic cultural experience!”
Like many others, Nadia has fond recollections of her meals at the Fish Fry at Arawak Cay.
“I loved eating at the Fish Fry at Arawak Cay. The servers were so friendly and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced for big portions.”
Another highlight for Nadia was John Watling’s Rum Distillery.
“(I) also loved John Watling’s Distillery and had a delicious pina colada! The grounds are beautiful and it was a nice place to take a break after an afternoon walking around.”
Nadia credits the “wonderful destination, friendly people, good food and great rum” as the reasons she’ll be returning. With great travel deals from our partner hotels and resorts, it’s the perfect time to start planning your Nassau Paradise Island vacation!
