It’s Better in The Bahamas: Renee’s Sweet Escape
Posted by: Nassau Paradise Island on May 28, 2016
Sometimes, you want a vacation that’s action packed: discovering a new city, eating at great restaurants, taking part in lots of activities and trying new things. Other times, you’re looking for an escape that’s all about pure relaxation, when the most difficult decision of the day is which swimsuit to put on. In The Bahamas, you can enjoy the best of both worlds!
Renee and her husband recently returned home from a vacation in Nassau Paradise Island, staying at Coral Towers at Atlantis. Each day, the couple spent the morning on the beach, then used their afternoons to head to Nassau for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. This mix of downtime and discovery made for the perfect vacation in Renee’s eyes.
“It’s the perfect mix of relaxing on the beach and visiting a fun city!” Renee says. “I loved waking up early to get a spot on the beach and then exploring Nassau in the afternoon.”
In addition to swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing on the beach, Renee says she loved the food in The Bahamas, specifically the sushi at Nobu and the chocolate at Graycliff.
If you have a sweet tooth, a visit to the Graycliff Chocolatier is a must. Sample fine handcrafted chocolates made with unique ingredients. You can even make your very own chocolate creations! Prefer to leave the chocolate-making to the experts? A chocolate and spirits tasting at Graycliff is another fun way to sample the chocolatier’s finest products paired with premium spirits for the ultimate indulgent experience.
Even though Renee just got home from Nassau Paradise Island, she’s already thinking about coming back next year. We can’t wait to welcome you back to The Bahamas, Renee!
