The world’s top female golfers will compete for a $1.3 million purse in The Bahamas next month, and you could be taking in all of the action here in Paradise. Join us at Ocean Club Golf Course in Nassau Paradise Island for the Pure Silk Bahamas LPGA Classic February 5-8!

Featured players in the 2015 Classic include Lydia Ko, Michelle Wie, Paula Creamer, Lexi Thompson, and last year’s winner, Jessica Korda. The Pure Silk Bahamas event is the second of the 2015 LPGA tour season, which kicks off in Florida in late January.

The Ocean Club Golf Course is an 18-hole, par 73 course with stunning ocean views and lush greens. Designed by Tom Weiskopf, the championship course is more than 7,100 yards in length. It’s been the site of numerous major golf events, including the Michael Jordan Celebrity Invitational, and is noted for its crosswinds, which challenge even the most experienced golfers.

The competition kicks off bright and early on Thursday, February 5, with first round tee times starting at 7:20 a.m. Play continues throughout the day on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with the closing ceremonies scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 8. On Saturday, a Kid Zone will be open to the public from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. – a great place for kids to be entertained while Mom and Dad watch the Classic! Best of all, admission to the Pure Silk Classic is free!
