Silan is an exciting new restaurant by Chef Alon Shaya located in the heart of the Atlantis Casino. This Mediterranean-inspired restaurant pays homage to Chef Shaya’s Israeli heritage with a nod to Bahamian flavors and will server breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
