The Nassau & Paradise Island Promotion Board (NPIPB) has appointed Graeme Davis, President and CEO of Baha Mar, as the new Chairman of the Board.
The appointment comes at a time of continued growth and strong global demand for Nassau & Paradise Island, with the organisation working closely with its 19 member hotels and resorts to drive visitation and elevate the destination’s profile.
“I am honoured to be named Chairman of the Nassau & Paradise Island Promotion Board and eager to get to work as we promote what makes our destination so unique,” said Graeme Davis. “Through my time at Baha Mar, I have seen firsthand the strength and appeal of the destination. I look forward to working with our partners to build on the destination’s strong foundation, unlock new opportunities and further elevate Nassau & Paradise Island on the global stage.”
Davis succeeds John Conway, General Manager of The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, who served as Chairman for the past 10 years. NPIPB extends its sincere gratitude to Conway for his tenure of leadership and lasting contributions to the destination’s growth. The promotion board looks forward to building on this strong foundation under Davis’ leadership.

- William Naughton (SVP and Managing Partner of Comfort Suites Paradise Island) remains Treasurer
- After more than 30 years of service, Michael Reckley has retired as Secretary
- Viana Gardiner (SVP Legal, Atlantis) has now taken on the role of Secretary
