In Episode 3, Chef Ainsley dives into honey, sugarcane, and The Bahamas' beloved guava duff at The New Duff as he creates coconut-lime creams with a crunchy Bahamian twist.
Episode 4: Morning Sunshine, Bahamian Breakfast
In Episode 4, Chef Ainsley starts the day Bahamian-style with coffee at Best Brew Bahamas and a fish dish at a Gone Fish'n, then makes a plantain-and-sweet-potato rosti.
