At the legendary Atlantis Paradise Island, there will be a variety of exciting culinary updates and events in the fall, elevating guests’ dining experience.
In October 2022 Chef Adrien Delcourt from Paris’ Jules Verne Restaurant (located in the Eiffel Tower) will begin to lead the beloved Café Martinique, introducing new dishes that reflect his Parisian background. At the bar and lounge, there will be a new absinthe cocktail list, redefined lounge fare and outdoor terrace seating overlooking the Atlantis Marina. Later in the season, The Dilly Club will open in Marina Village, serving as a new upscale specialty coffeehouse by day and craft cocktail lounge by night. The staff will be trained as both specialty baristas and mixologists, curating each drink with the finest details from passion fruit caviar garnishes to curated vintage glassware. Paranza will also open December 2022 at The Cove, led by Chef Michael White. The menu will feature ocean-inspired Italian fare with an emphasis on seafood. This culinary-focused resort has a variety of exciting food and beverage events happening this fall and deals that will help travelers save on their vacation. October 21-23, Baha Mar will host The Bahamas Culinary & Arts Festival, kicking off with a welcome party hosted by Marcus Samuelsson and a Boyz II Men concert on Friday, October 21.
